Our mozzarella for pizza is not shredded neither dry. Our aim is to propose customer real mozzarella as it is in Naples. Our mozzarella is delivered fresh, up to four times per week to reduce waste to zero and to satisfy your customer with real taste and nutritional propriety. Being wet our Mozzarella DOES NOT FRY on the pizza only melts beautifully releasing its water and taste into the pizza without altering the rest of the flavor with fats released during cooking. Our mozzarella also qualify for S.T.G. Pizza being obtained with the traditional southern-Italian technique. |
